Back in the early 70s, Tim Woods was doing double-duty in Florida and Georgia at the same time, as was Gordon Solie. Solie would come in for Saturday to do "Georgia Championship Wrestling" on TV. Tim had already unmasked in Florida and had been identified as Tim Woods but he was still under the hood in Georgia and no one knew his identity I remember one Saturday at the TV taping, Mr. Wrestling was in the ring and Solie was walking over to the ring to interview him. He called him a couple of times, "Mr. Wrestling," to call him over to that side of the ring but then he called him "Tim." He quickly changed it to "Mr. Wrestling." I don't think anyone caught on but I thought it was rather funny.

Can anyone who remembers tell me the details of the feud with Mr. Wrestling and Mr. Wrestling 2 ? I was a bit young when this took place and missed out on what sounds like a great storyline! Thanks!

I remember one time it was in the early 80"s, they were showing a clip of the masked Superstar from mid atlantic wrestling and I remember when the superstar had his opponent defeated with the cobra clutch, Gordon accidently called him Sgt. Slaughter instead of the Superstar. Just thought that was weird since Mr. BILL EADIE was the one behind the mask, or did Slaughter ever done the mask a few times or was it a mistake by Gordon?
