Anyone have any interesting Jim Carlisle stories or memories? I remember the few times I was lucky enough to be at the matches at the Columbus Municipal Auditorium, he would always announce the participants while sitting at a ringside table. Never recall him getting in the ring.
A favorite memory of mine was when he would, during intermission, announce part of next week's card. When he would introduce next week's main event, he would pause for dramatic effect and then boom the words "Mr. Wrestling #2." And of course the crowd went berserk.
