Mike Johnson of PWinsider.com reports this afternoon that
WWE has signed Ring of Honor champion Tyler Black a contract, believed to start in September. The contract is believed to be a developmental contract.
Black won the promotion's championship in February 2010 from Austin Aries.
Johnson stated that ROH owner Cary Silkin refused to comment when contacted this morning about Black signing.
