Platinum Championship Wrestling results from the Masquerade in Atlanta on December 23. Attendance about 100.
(1) Geter won the platinum royal, being the last man in the ring. "Awesome" Zach Daniels threw out the most people, but lost quickly to Geter in the one on one.
(2) Jakal beat Reverend H. Billy Hicks
(3) Vordell Walker beat Chip Day (probably the best actual wrestling match of the night. ROH style.)
(4) The Washington Bullets (Jon & Trey Williams) and Profits of Doom (Dany Only & Andrew Pendleton III with Enoch Tsarion) went to a 10 minute draw after the Profits said they could defeat the Bullets in ten minutes. The Bullets then challenged the Profits to go for five more minutes, which went to another draw.
(5) The Vandal beat Pandora and De La Vega, pinning Pandora. Before the match, Vandal announced that his new manager was commentator Kurt Kilgore. The duo drew lots of heat, with the audience chanting "ashy" at Vandal and "greasy" at Kilgore. The show then went to intermission and Pandora put the Pain of the Damned on De La Vega after the match.
(6) The Konkrete Gorillaz (Jay Fury & Nemesis & Brian Blaze) came out for their cage match against the Exotic Ones and announced that they had taken out the third member of the Exotics, Jay Clinton. They then announced that there would be no match, but the other two Exotic Ones (Simon Sermon & Rick Michaels) came out and said there would still be a match. A fight broke out outside of the cage and before the official start of the match. Both teams hit each other with garbage cans and other ringside objects, before Sermon whipped Blaze into the stone wall. The fan that had been hit with a beer bottle the previous month slipped Sermon a pair of handcuffs, which Sermon used to restrain Blaze to the outside of the cage. The other four combatants made their way inside the cage for the official start of the match. Both teams bled in a brutal battle inside the cage, while the fan taunted Blaze with the key to the handcuffs outside the ring. The fan then slipped a bag of powder into the cage to Michaels, who threw the powder into the eyes of the Gorillaz. Simon hit the Manchester Driver, distracting the fan with the key long enough for Blaze to snatch the key away. The fan tried to get the key back, but Blaze knocked him to the ground and unlocked his handcuffs. Blaze entered the ring and the Gorillaz decimated the Exotic Ones in the cage for the victory.
(7) Shane Marx successfully defended the title against number one contender Mason inside the cage, as the Witnesses looked on helplessly from outside the cage. MGCW Champ Andy Anderson and several other MGCW wrestlers entered the cage as Mason was leaving, beating down Marx. Stephen Platinum announced that at next month's Masquerade show Anderson and Marx would face each other in a title vs. title match, and five MGCW guys would take on five PCW guys.
